Satsivi
Georgian dish that is usually prepared for the new year

Ingredients

  • Walnuts

    500 g

  • Chicken

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Butter

    50 g

  • Garlic

    5 tooth

  • Saffron

  • Cilantro

  • Utsho-suneli

  • Peppers red hot chilli

  • Salt

Boil chicken, strain broth and cut the chicken. I still overcooked but not necessarily. Generally satsivi is cooked, the Turkey is so much tastier and sweeter, but it is so great that I decided to replace the chicken :). Grind nuts in a blender or grinder finely.

Add squeezed through press the garlic, saffron, cilantro, and utskho suneli (it is condiment, which I think sold almost everywhere) half a teaspoon (I put it on my eyes, so I say approximately)

Crushed to pulp onions (bulb larger than the average size) overcook minced in oil

put in nuts

Pour a little broth and stir to avoid lumps, add salt.
