Cooking
To make the dough: in warm milk dissolve the yeast and add 500 gr. flour. cover with a towel and let stand for 30 minutes (should double in size).
Separately to separate whites from yolks.
RUB the yolks with the sugar thoroughly.
Beat the whites with a large pinch of salt.
In approaching the dough add the yolks rubbed with sugar, beaten egg whites, vanilla sugar, softened margarine, flour and raisins. Knead well (the dough should not be too steep) and put 1 hour in a warm place that I rose the dough.

Bake at 180 degrees for 40 minutes. Readiness check with a toothpick.
