  • Yeast

  • Flour

  • Chicken egg

  • Sugar

  • Raisins

  • Vanilla sugar

To make the dough: in warm milk dissolve the yeast and add 500 gr. flour. cover with a towel and let stand for 30 minutes (should double in size).

In approaching the dough add the yolks rubbed with sugar, beaten egg whites, vanilla sugar, softened margarine, flour and raisins. Knead well (the dough should not be too steep) and put 1 hour in a warm place that I rose the dough.
