Mannike
Manna - a tasty pie. But sometimes it turns out dry. In my recipe I suggest to redeem them in the coffee syrup and enjoy the delicate taste and aroma of coffee!!!

Ingredients

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Sugar

    180 g

  • Condensed milk

    100 ml

  • Vegetable oil

    4 Tbsp

  • Yogurt

    150 ml

  • Leavening agent

    1 tsp

  • Flour

    160 g

  • Semolina

    150 g

  • Coffee natural

    300 ml

  • Sugar

    200 g

  • Cognac

    3 Tbsp

  • Powdered sugar

    8 Tbsp

  • Condensed milk

    4 Tbsp

Cooking

Separate the whites from the yolks

Proteins whisk with sugar in the foam

Pour condensed milk, add the yoghurt and continue whisking

Add the egg yolks and butter

Add semolina to the dough "Mistral" and leave the dough for 20 minutes

Meanwhile, brew coffee, add sugar and boil down by half, remove from heat and pour in cognac

To test for mannikov add the flour and baking powder. Drop the dough in molds and put in preheated oven. Bake at 180 degrees until dry matches (about 20 minutes), be guided by your oven

Ready manici cool slightly and "bathe" in syrup. Cool completely

Prepare the glaze This glaze is the fastest that I know. Mix in a bowl the icing sugar and condensed milk for about half a minute. If the icing watery - add powdered sugar.

Cover manici frosting, decorate with coffee beans
