Savory pancakes-pancakes with beer
Have you ever tried beer with pancakes? NO? You have lost much in my life! Try rather to bridge this gap and make these pancakes, but not with flour and semolina - they will turn out much tastier! And if you add spices and serve with sauce... Well - look, I'll buy!

Ingredients

  • Potatoes

  • Semolina

    3 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • A mixture of spices

  • Vegetable oil

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Garlic

    1 tooth

  • Sour cream

    150 g

  • Garlic

    1 tooth

  • Dill

    2 Tbsp

  • Pickled cucumber

    1 piece

Cooking

Peeled potatoes grate. 2/3 of the potatoes RUB on a coarse grater and 1/3 small, on a fine grater grate the fresh garlic

Add salt and egg, stir

Add favorite spices. I used "5 peppers"

Instead of flour, I recommend the pancakes to use semolina - it is much better to absorb the juice released from the potatoes. I used semolina TM "Mistral"

So, add semolina and stir

Fry in oil on both sides, spreading a thin layer

For the sauce mix the sour cream with the herbs, garlic and grated cucumber. You can add hot peppers (but this is optional)
