Detachable Apple pie
Detachable Apple pie - very fragrant, beautiful, tender and tasty. And sure to delight loved ones!!!

Ingredients

  • Milk

    150 ml

  • Yeast

    1.5 tsp

  • Sour cream

    1 Tbsp

  • Sugar

    1.5 Tbsp

  • Salt

    0.5 tsp

  • Butter

    50 g

  • Flour

    370 g

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Vegetable oil

    1.5 Tbsp

  • Apple

    3 piece

  • Cinnamon

    0.5 tsp

  • Brown sugar

    40 g

Cooking

In warm milk dissolve the yeast.

Add sugar, salt, sour cream, egg and melted butter. Mix well.

Sift the flour.

Knead the dough, cover with a towel and put in warm place to rise for 25-30 minutes.

Meanwhile, cane sugar mixed with cinnamon.

Wash the apples, remove the core and cut into slices.

Each slice roll in cane sugar and cinnamon.

After 25-30 minutes the dough should increase in volume.

Roll the dough out to a thickness of about 0,7 cm Cut out circles.

On each circle put a slice of Apple.

Stung each Apple slice in a disk of dough and put in baking dish (I have a form 26 cm, in a large circle I was putting whole slices of apples, and in the middle - half), covered with baking paper and greased with vegetable oil. Sprinkle with remaining brown sugar with cinnamon (if you will :-)). Leave for 15 minutes in a warm place to slices a little "fit." Bake in the oven preheated to 180*C for 20-25 minutes, until it will turn brown.
