Cooking
Prepare all the ingredients.
To flakes, add dried carrots,
Chili pepper (dried) grind in a mortar and add to the cereal with carrots,
There add seasoning "North", fennel and rosemary. Mix well and batter is ready.
Beat with a fork 1 egg with salt, pepper and finely chopped greens (I have parsley and dill).
I decided to make fish cakes: first dip them in the egg mixture with herbs, then breaded.
