Extremely tasty, soft cheese that can be used in salads, for sandwiches, and for stuffing of meat and vegetables. This billet is very useful in various situations, including you will not be afraid of the sudden arrival of the guests! Cheese is made with fresh homemade yogurt and it turns out very tender and dense structure, no grains with an incredible taste that will conquer all.

Cooking
For making yogurt I used a bacterial starter culture "Natural yogurt! TM Orsik. Cooking is very simple and can handle any hostess. The room temperature milk, any fat content mixed with the yeast.
Pour into the container of the yogurt maker thermos and leave but 6-10 hours. Ready the cooled yoghurt in the fridge.
Pour the cold yogurt on triple folded cheesecloth.
Leave for 2 days in limbo in the fridge. I hung on sticks in a jar with a wide neck.
Exempt from Marley turns out mouth-watering yoghurt mass.
Sprinkle with salt (I do slightly salty), add the lemon zest.
Pickle in oil with garlic and lemon for a few hours. Cheese sprinkle with seasoning. Store in a jar completely covered with oil.
From the remaining whey, knead the dough and bake delicious bread.
