For cooking, take the beans "Black eye" from the "Mistral", we soaked beforehand, preferably overnight.

Preparation of salad start with the marinating onions. Onions cut thin rings. Prepare a marinade of salt, sugar, vinegar, water, vegetable oil, ground black pepper and chili pepper flakes. Pour the onion marinade.
