Cabbage for a snack
This cabbage is not only for a snack, a great side dish to meat combined with potatoes or just with a slice of black bread (I recommend to those who are on a diet, for dinner). I especially like the fact that the cabbage comes out incredibly crispy, not too salty, slightly spicy brine to drinking glasses... And most importantly, quick and easy! Ingredients

  • Cabbage

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Chili

    0.5 piece

  • Water

    1 l

  • Salt

    2 Tbsp

  • Sugar

    4 Tbsp

  • Vinegar

    4 Tbsp

  • Spices

  • Vegetable oil

Cabbage cut into pieces, about 2x4 cm

Carrots to grate, it is possible in Korean. Add to the cabbage.

Chilli finely chopped onions and garlic cut at random, add to the cabbage. Boil the marinade with all ingredients, spices - 1/2 tsp ground cloves, 1 tsp pepper, 1 tsp of dried dill.
