Cooking
Begin with preparing the sauce. Put in the honey mustard and pour in the dark rum.
To the mixture add the soy sauce, olive oil and grated on a fine grater garlic.
Pour in the sauce, the ginger, paprika, Basil and salt. Stir it carefully.
Chicken washed, needed to be cleansed from the innards and the exterior, put in a deep fireproof tray and pour from all sides cooked sauce.
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees and put the carcass. After half an hour turn down the gas temperature to approximately 120 and leave at the same rate. Thus, in sum, in an hour all must be ready!
The finished bird is put on a platter and complemented with a garnish as desired. In my case, it's arugula salad with cherry tomatoes. Bon appetit!
