Peppers stuffed with rice and minced meat. No claim to originality, but this warehouse seems to be, was not. One of my favorite dishes. Always turns out beautiful and delicious.

Ingredients

  • Pepper

  • Minced meat

  • Carrots

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Tomato paste

    3 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Seasoning

  • Vegetable oil

  • Greens

Cook rice until soft.

Finely chop the onion.

Carrots grate on a grater.

Carrots and onions fry in vegetable oil.

Add tomato paste and fry a little more.

Into the bowl to put the rice, beef and roasted carrots with onions. Add seasoning, salt, pepper and mix well.

Pepper wash, cut off tops, remove seeds.

Stuff the peppers with minced meat. Lay the peppers in a pot, cover with salted water and add 2 tbsp oil. Cook for 40-50 minutes until tender.

Embellish with greenery. Serve hot. You can pour sour cream or sauce.
