Moroccan orange and almond cake
My dear, I want to share with you the recipe of one of my favorite pies - the sun, almond-orange. A cake without flour. The recipe is from the book "Delizie al forno".

Ingredients

  • Orange juice

    300 ml

  • Leavening agent

    1.5 tsp

  • Almonds

    100 g

  • Semolina

    175 g

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Brown sugar

    115 g

  • Orange

    1 piece

  • Butter

    115 g

  • Sugar

    130 g

  • Cardamom

    8 piece

  • Fat

Blend butter, sugar and grated rind of one orange.

Whipping with a mixer, gradually add pre-beaten eggs.

Mix the ground almonds with the semolina and baking powder, add to butter mixture. Pour the juice of half an orange, all beat up.
