Cooking
Turkey fillet cut into medium-sized pieces.
Mix all marinade ingredients, except starch and water.
Pour the marinade the Turkey, stir and leave for 30 minutes at room temperature.
Heat the pan and fry the meat on each side until cooked and Golden brown.
Strain the marinade through a sieve.
Dissolve the starch in water, add to the marinade. The resulting mixture pour into the frying pan to the meat, stir and remove from heat. Serve immediately, sprinkled with green onions.
