Very tasty salad, which is suitable for daily food, and for the festive table. And excellent "fit&a mp;quot; in Your menu on fast days. Recipe taken from the book "the Best mushroom dishes" (2008 edition)

Cooking
Carrots cut into fine strips or grate.
In carrots, pour the sugar and add soy sauce TM Kikkoman. Stir, as if rubbing. Put into the refrigerator for a while (about an hour).
After the carrots we get from the fridge, add the vinegar and pepper mixture. Stir.
Onions finely chop and fry in vegetable oil until Golden brown. Remove from heat and immediately, right hot (!!!), with shkvarkami oil, put in a carrot.
Chop the herbs and squeeze through chesnokodavku garlic - send in the bowl to the carrot.
Cut pickled mushrooms and add to the salad. All mix well. The salad is ready. Let's try it. If it seems like not enough salt, you can add soy sauce. PS I made this salad with marinated mushrooms - not too bad)))
Put in a salad bowl and serve.
