  • Mushrooms

    0.5 kg

  • Broccoli

    0.5 kg

  • Garlic

    1 tooth

  • Vegetable oil

  • Dry white wine

    50 ml

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

Mushrooms cut into quarters.

In a large skillet, heat the oil. Fry the garlic for 1-2 minutes and

add the mushrooms. Cook for another 1 minute.

Broccoli divide into florets and add to the mushrooms. Season with salt and pepper.

Pour in the wine, stir and cook for 3-5 minutes

with the lid closed on low heat.

Spread broccoli on a dish. And the remaining liquid boil down to half and pour it broccoli.
