Squash bread
Dishes of zucchini is very tasty, light and healthy! And quick to prepare, and available to everyone! A recipe from a magazine "Polina".

Ingredients

  • Zucchini

    1 piece

  • Vegetable oil

    4 Tbsp

  • Salt

    1 tsp

  • Sugar

    1 tsp

  • Yeast

    1 tsp

  • Water

    100 ml

  • Flour

    3 cup

  • Greens

  • Tomato

In warm boiled water dissolve yeast, add sugar and leave for 5-10 min.

Zucchini clean, grate on a coarse grater.

Zucchini mixed with flour (2 cups).

To the squash-flour mixture add the yeast mass, vegetable oil and salt. Knead the dough. It should slightly stick to hands.

In the dough, you can add herbs to taste: dill, parsley. I added sun-dried tomatoes. Here is the finished dough.

Form of grease with butter and put the dough. Cover with cling film and leave in a warm place for 45-60 minutes to come.

It's in an hour.

Bake in a preheated 200 degree oven until tender, about 40 minutes (focus on your oven).
