Description

Filler pie with tuna and cheese
Many familiar with this type of dough, each with its own proportions. I like this combination, where you can swap a portion of sour cream or mayonnaise (and this is true in the holidays, because mayonnaise is often from salads). The filling can be any of:cabbage, chicken, minced meat, even liver, but today I decided to bake with the fish! There is a light pie crust, but the middle is completely soft.

Cooking

step-0
For the filling, put on to cook the eggs and prepare the vegetables. Rice is boiled too, I had some, but it take not necessarily. Leeks or green onions finely chop.
step-1
Sweet pepper chop cubes.
step-2
Cheese coarsely grate.
step-3
I recommend to use a good quality tasty cheese"experts".
step-4
It is easy to grate or slice into thin slices.
step-5
Ready egg to cool and cut into arbitrary slices.
step-6
Mash with a fork into crumbs.
step-7
Now the dough. Mix equal proportions of sour cream or mayonnaise or sour cream, less Mayo more or Vice versa.
step-8
Drive egg.
step-9
Beat with a whisk or with a mixer.
step-10
Pour the flour with the baking powder. Salt-see for yourself, here a lot depends on the taste of mayonnaise. I'm not salted.
step-11
Mix thoroughly. The dough is like thick cream.
step-12
Silicone form or any non-stick oil. Silicone generally can not be lubricated, but it is in the form of many small details and better safe than sorry. Well this cake turned out and form a "brick".
step-13
Fill the bottom half of the test. The bottom diameter of 25 cm, but up a little wider-27 cm
step-14
Place onion.
step-15
The egg.
step-16
Cubes of pepper.
step-17
Some rice, sprinkled with herbs. In this case Basil, but it does not matter.
step-18
Open the can of tuna and drain the liquid.
step-19
Transfer the fish pieces to the stuffing.
step-20
Finish with grated cheese.
step-21
The rest of the batter to spread on top.
step-22
To align to all the stuffing was closed.
step-23
Bake until "dry sticks" for about 40 minutes at 180*. I baked it for 37 minutes and then left in the turned off oven.
step-24
Moving or tipping on a flat big plate. Since the shape is very wide, the cake was not high, only 3 cm, but if the furnace in a narrow form, the cake will take the form of cupcake. Very flexible pie-love him for it, but also delicious, of course!
step-25
When you get a bit warm-can be cut.
step-26
Convenient to eat here such portions. You can take with you on a picnic or to visit the cake perfectly retains its shape.
step-27
The dough holds the filling. As you can see, nothing is poured, and the cheese helped.
step-28
I like the combination of savory pies with strong sweet tea, but with coffee or just as a snack.
