Ingredients

Grape leaves wash and pour boiling water for 5-10 minutes. Discard durlak and let the water drain out.

And while dolma is cooked, make the sauce. Greens finely chop and add to sour cream, garlic passed through a press and add to taste lemon juice. Mix everything together and put into the fridge to infuse. Dolma served with sauce. BON APPETIT!!!
