Soft cream cheese with salmon and dill
A very simple recipe of cottage cheese prepared from pasteurized cream with 10% fat. Filler salted salmon and dried dill. I wrapped the cheese in a nori sheet for convenience, but you can do without the nori. Help yourself!!! PS Natasha, happy Birthday!!!

Ingredients

  • Cream

    900 ml

  • Salt

    1 tsp

  • Salmon

    70 g

  • Dill

    1 pinch

  • Nori

    1 piece

Need pasteurized cream. Leave the cream in the bottle at room temperature. After the souring of cream, add a bottle of salt, cover with a lid and, shaking the bottle, mix up.

Vystelim the bowl with a clean towel, pour the cream. Tie a towel and suspended over a bowl.

When whey stops dripping, remove the towel and put the cheese in a suitable container. If inside, the cheese is a little wet, you can gently flip the cheese with a spoon and hang the towel for another hour. 900 ml of cream I got 310 g soft cream cheese. Cover with cheese, cover and refrigerate for a couple of hours to relax.

Prepare the ingredients. Salmon, I salmon, cut into pretty cubes. Silicone Mat with cling film. I put on a film sheet nori, nori if You don't like it, just put the cheese directly on the film.

Spread a tablespoon about a third of the cheese.

Add on top of the salmon and sprinkle with dried dill.

Cover the cheese. Again salmon/dill and top with remaining cheese.

With film rolled in a nori sheet or just cheese sausage and twist the ends of the film. Sent the cheese overnight or for a few hours in the refrigerator for impregnation.

Take it out and cut the cheese. Or simply spread with a knife on bread.
