Lately I am very fond of cakes in a slow cooker. Not once I was not unhappy with the cakes. And today, I bring you another, my favorite recipe. Found on the Internet. Very tasty, very simple to prepare and very chocolate pie (I would even say the cake). Come to me for tea!

Cooking
Sift in a Cup of cocoa and flour. Stir.
Chilled whites, beat to soft peaks with the lemon juice. Add 2-3 tablespoons of sugar and whisk, gradually increasing speed of mixer until stiff peaks.
In a mixture of flour and cocoa in small pieces (!!!) add the whipped whites and gently stir with a spatula.
Here is the dough should get: soft, smooth and shiny.
Bowl MV grease with butter (or margarine) and gently spread the dough.
Choose the mode "Pastries" - 60 minutes of time P. S. If You don't have MV, bake in a greased form (diameter 20 -22 cm) at 180°C 35-45 min. Guided by your oven!
After a time, we pull out our cake (or cupcake) with the help of a bowl for roasting and let cool completely.
Meanwhile, prepare the frosting (or cream). To do this in a saucepan with a thick bottom bring the cream almost to boiling, add broken pieces of chocolate and stir until it is completely dissolved.
Let cool to room temperature and whisk (medium speed, for 5-10 minutes)
Covered our cake cupcake frosting and refrigerate for 40 minutes. Then decorate as desired.
