Bread salad
This recipe from Tuscany the heart of Italy. It seems that in this salad combines all the colors and flavors of this Sunny region...

Ingredients

  • Bread

    4 slice

  • Tomato

    4 piece

  • Pepper

    1 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Garlic

    1 tooth

  • Olive oil

    4 Tbsp

  • Vinegar

    2 Tbsp

  • Bay leaf

    1 piece

  • Capers

    2 Tbsp

  • Greens

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

Cooking

White wheat bread cut into slices and leave for several hours (overnight) to dry

Mix a quarter Cup of boiled water and 2 tablespoons of vinegar, add a Bay leaf and boil. Cool.

Wet the bread resulting solution. Leave to soak for 20-30 minutes.

Onion cut into half rings.

Cut the tomatoes into slices. Pepper - diced.

The sauce-seasoning: garlic skip through the press, add the finely chopped fresh herbs - parsley, Basil. Pour olive oil, salt and pepper. The bread and break into small pieces. Mix all ingredients, add some chopped capers (I replaced them with olives).
