The original nuts
In the post is not enough protein, but it can be great to compensate simply delicious with chickpeas in sweet and sour sauce =)

Ingredients

  • Nuts

    200 g

  • Honey

    70 ml

  • Chickpeas

    200 g

  • Salt

    2 tsp

  • Brown sugar

    50 g

  • Orange juice

    4 Tbsp

  • Paprika sweet

    3 tsp

  • Oregano

    2 tsp

Cooking

The chickpeas soak overnight, bit of weld, I have cooked 10-15 minutes

Mix the chickpeas with walnut mixture and heat the pan.

Add all seasonings and mix thoroughly, honey pre-melt to a liquid state.

Fry for about 10 minutes. Sauce a little sauce to boil, and voila!

I just eat or add for Breakfast in oatmeal, the husband ate with buckwheat and meat, and mom made pancakes with this nut mix. =) You can think of your own. Bon appetit!
