Salad a La
I have joy, I have reached the next level. So I thought, what is not a reason to arrange a small celebration, especially since the kitchen is rare, but a favorite guest - couscous.

Ingredients

  • Couscous

    1 cup

  • Salmon

    100 g

  • Green peas

    0.5 can

  • Pepper

    1.5 piece

  • Red onion

    0.5 piece

  • Basil

  • Lemon

    0.5 piece

  • Olive oil

    50 ml

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

Prepare the couscous according to the instructions on your packing. I poured boiling water in the ratio 1:2 and left for 5 minutes.

Meanwhile, the pepper freed from seeds and stalk and cut into cubes. I used peppers of different colors - to salad brighter look. Finely crumble onions.

Salmon also cut into small cubes. I used salmon, homemade chicken, but everyone who tried it, think that it is a fish. In the end I will give a link to this recipe.

In a large bowl combine all of our products and add green peas. Mix well.

Prepare the filling. For this mix the juice of half a lemon, olive oil, salt and pepper. Mix well with a fork until homogenous.

Refill our salad. Finely chop fresh Basil (I have not found fresh, so added dry) and add it to the salad. All mix well and put 1 hour in the refrigerator to infuse.

An hour later, the salad can be served on the table, it is best to spread it on lettuce leaves.
