Description
Though the salad of fresh cucumbers and tomatoes is never boring, but still... it is late autumn... pretty cool in the yard... and want something more hearty. And just then I saw in the supermarket cooked squid, and even julienne sliced! Well, how can you resist... the Idea of a salad was born of itself when the next minute eyes fell on the Korean carrot! And here is the result.

Cooking
Squid boil, cool and cut into strips (I had already done).
Add chopped small cubes of potatoes,
With green peas (I had a jar of "Frau Martha", it is small and very tender) drain and add to the salad.
Add finely chopped green onions.
Add the mayonnaise, mix gently, add salt and pepper and again stir lightly.
Lay a hill in a salad bowl and garnish with sprigs of dill and slices of quail eggs.
