Cheese fondue in Dutch
Pleasant pastime in small company cheese lovers.

Ingredients

  • Bread

  • Black pepper

  • Cheese

    300 g

  • Alcohol

    2 Tbsp

  • Corn flour

    2 tsp

  • Cumin

    1 tsp

  • Milk

    0.66 cup

  • Onion

Cooking

Grate cheese on a coarse grater or finely chop.

Grate walls of the pan (the form for fondue) onions.

RUB through a sieve corn flour.

Mix corn flour with gin until smooth.

To prepare croutons: bread cut into large cubes (approx 2 cm by 2 cm), fry in a dry frying pan.

Pour in the form of a fondue milk, turn on the burner and bring the milk to a boil, stirring constantly, to form a foam.

In milk, ready to boil, add cheese and don't stop stirring, wait until the cheese begins to melt.

When cheese is melted, add the cumin.

Pour flour mixed with gin.

And pepper to taste.

Two or three minutes to wait, not forgetting to stir, reduce heat in the burner and to start the meal: "to spread" French toast on special sticks for fondue, dunk in the cheese, roll there is a good - and mouth!
