Solyanka with pickled mushrooms
Hodgepodge for our family is always a dish number 1. We all love it. I cook it quite often and recently changed the recipe a bit, and I want all of you to share.

Ingredients

  • Potatoes

    2 piece

  • Pearl barley

    0.333 cup

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Tomato paste

    2 Tbsp

  • Mushrooms

    4 handful

  • Cucumber

    2 piece

  • Sausage

    100 g

  • Sausage

    2 piece

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Parsley

  • Lemon

    3 slice

  • Bay leaf

    2 piece

  • Allspice

    5 piece

  • Bacon

    100 g

  • Turkey

    200 g

  • Carrots

    0.5 piece

Collect together all our delicious products. The lens doesn't fit, but some will take pictures.

Put on the fire a pot with Turkey and cook for 40-50 minutes.

During this time, while cooking the Turkey, in any form, as someone who likes to cut onions, carrots, bacon, sausages, cucumber, mushrooms, all spread on a pan in that order and lastly the tomato paste, fry for about 15 minutes in total. After 30 minutes of boiling the broth wash barley well, place in the pan, another 10 minutes, the potatoes and all of our roasting. Boil until the potatoes are done, approximately 10 minutes. Before shutting down, add favorite seasonings.

Switch off the stove, the lemon in the bag. Turkey meat get cut and back into the pan along with the lemon under the lid and allow to stand well, about 30 minutes. I could not stand it, first the plate I eat from, and then savor. And still need directly into the bowl a tablespoon of Kikkoman soy sauce and sour cream.
