An ordinary hash, but the pesto and sour cream added to the dressing makes the dish more delicious, unusual and interesting!

Cooking
Dice the cucumbers, boiled eggs,
Potatoes,
boiled carrots,
smoked sausage.
Pepper and mix well.
Pour in the kvass and
mix well. Season with salt to taste.
To make the dressing: add the pesto to the cream and
mix well.
Pour hodgepodge on plates and serve with the creamy Pustovoy dressing.
