Delicious, rich soup with lentils-the Lean table. Due to set of starchy vegetables and fast razvivayusheysya lentils, the soup turned out hearty, thick and rich.

Vegetables rinse well, brush. On a large grater grate carrots and celery root, leeks and corn on the cob-cut into rings.
