Cooking
To start, melt in the microwave 100 grams of butter. Set aside to cool slightly.
In a deep bowl break the eggs (3 protein has been postponed in another bowl, we'll need it later). So, in a bowl put 3 egg yolks and 2 eggs with protein. Add 3 tbsp. tablespoons mayonnaise, vanilla, baking powder and sugar.
Add slightly cooled butter and stir with a spoon.
Gradually introduce the flour, without ceasing to interfere.
Stir to mass produce a consistency similar to thick honey.
The pan ( 30 by 20 cm) with foil. Pour it into the batter and flatten on the surface.
Arbitrarily cut apples and spread on top of dough.
Then delete from the drain of the bone and just sliced and put over apples. Sprinkle one spoon of sugar the entire surface of the pie. Send a baking sheet in a preheated previously the oven to 190 degrees, for half an hour. The readiness test check the torch (with a toothpick).
While the pie is baked, beat whites with a pinch of salt until strong foam. Add 3 tablespoons of powdered sugar and beat again until very stable peaks. (This is my only contribution to this recipe).
When the dough is ready, remove the pan from the oven and spoon, spread beaten egg white over the entire surface of the pie. Spread randomly, not align.
Again put into the oven, pre-reducing the temperature to 150 degrees. When the proteins will be Golden and it will only be on the peaks, takes the cake. Leave to cool down.
Cut and served to the table. Gentle dough, combined with a soft meringue and fruit, will pleasantly surprise you. Bon appetit! Thank you.
