Girls offer you a mini-kurnik on sourdough. Based on the dough recipe is taken from Irina Khlebnikova. This is my first pies on sourdough. The dough is thin, well risen, they are not as fluffy as yeast. But delicious.

Cooking
Leaven diluted with milk.
