Grandma's cottage cheese pie with raisins
Cook tomatoes and sneakers because I want to offer you ANOTHER cheesecake! Reviewed 200! the proposed Search recipes of curd/cheesecake: the filling to the cream cheese/cheese add semolina, starch, pudding... I suggest to add potatoes... and no one will know that you do not have enough cheese :)

Ingredients

    125 g

  • Sugar

    250 g

  • Salt

  • Lemon

  • Cheese

    500 g

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Potatoes

    2 piece

  • Raisins

    100 g

  • Semolina

    1 Tbsp

Everything you need for the dough: flour, sugar, salt, margarine and grated zest of one lemon + 2 tbsp cold water

Products for the dough to fold into the Cup, first chop with a knife until crumbs

With your hands spread the dough in the form (the bottom is covered with baking paper), not to forget to make the bumpers. Send the form with the dough in the fridge.

Turn on the oven at 180*C. take out the form with the chilled dough, spread on the dough stuffing, bake it in the oven

Bake 50-60 minutes at 180*C (focus on your oven!)
