Cooking
First, bake the pancakes. Everyone has a favorite recipe, I baked it according to their (amount of ingredients I have). There should be at least 10 pieces (I have 14)
When the pancakes are ready, it is taken for the preparation of the filling. I decided to make four choices of toppings. 1. Take cottage cheese, cream cheese, butter and herbs.
All carefully grind in a blender, pre-salted and pepper. Divide this filling into two equal parts.
One subject in the same form.
2. And secondly-add a little ketchup
3. For the third option, take the boiled eggs, onion and mayonnaise, and in the same way as in the first case, grind in a blender.
4. This option toppings include liver pate (I have ready) and butter, mixed thoroughly.
The pancakes are ready, the stuffing, too! Now start making the cake. For this grease the pancakes with different fillings
And put them on top of each other, slightly pressing.
When all the pancakes are oiled and stacked, we complete the formation of the cake, brushing the stack of pancakes on the top and sides of the filling from the liver.
Now decorate the finished cake. I saw on one of sites similar decoration and I wanted to decorate this cake. I slightly changed the source and got this romashishka!
Romashishka put "ladybug" from the tomato and maslinka. That turned out very summery cake!
The food is ready, it's time for the table! Bon appetit!!!
That's how it looks in context!
