  • Mustard

    3 Tbsp

  • Lemon

    1 piece

  • Coriander

    1 Tbsp

  • Rosemary

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Olive oil

    1 Tbsp

Prepared meat grate Limon juice.

Season with salt and pepper, spread with mustard and leave for 30-40 minutes in a cool place.
