Eggs Neapolitan
Interesting cooking a delicious and quick Breakfast for a couple of minutes.

Ingredients

  • Capers

    1 tsp

  • Olive oil

    2 tsp

  • Black pepper

  • Salt

  • Rosemary

  • Thyme

    1 piece

  • Parmesan

    15 g

  • Mozzarella

    125 g

  • Tomato

    1 piece

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

Tomato wash, dry. Cut into dice. If much juicy tomato and remove the seeds. Divided into two parts and put into baking dish. Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt.

Mozzarella cut into two parts. Put half in each baking dish. Beat in an egg. Sprinkle thyme, rosemary.

Cheese cut into thin slices, sprinkle eggs with mozzarella. Bake in the oven at 200*C for 7 minutes. Capers chopped, sprinkle the finished dish. The yolk should remain half-baked. Serve with dried in the oven bread that you RUB with garlic and drizzle with olive oil.
