Before writing the prescription, I looked here. Long thought to spread or not. And decided that my butter is the same as all, but made by other tools) May have no immersion blender, like me, are so useful to my recipe! Oil from the store we stopped like. In our city certainly. So I took old battered recipe of our grandmothers and made his home! I was online looking at different recipes, all with the same outcome. There is nothing new in technology. Just whisk it in different ways :)

Ingredients

  • Sour cream

    1 l

  • Salt

Put the sour cream in the bowl of a food processor. Use the beater.

Cover and blend at high speed. I periodically pause. For a few seconds. But probably not necessary.

Three minutes later our butter begins to separate and gather in clumps. Start to squish the water. It is separated buttermilk. We see it on the bottom of the bowl.

Now we need to carefully drain the buttermilk to use for baking pancakes, pancakes or test:)

To put our butter in a sieve or colander and rinse, being careful not to glue lumps. Then gather into lumps, wrap in clingfilm and in the fridge :)

And most importantly I forgot to do! I forgot to take a picture of the finished oil! Because in the main photo only this photo! I found now in the fridge only a small piece! All podeli...
