Beet tiramisu
very tasty and tender salad from la_perla

Ingredients

  • Beets

    3 piece

  • Cream

    100 g

  • Cream

    100 ml

  • Trout

    50 g

  • Olive oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Vinegar

    1 Tbsp

  • Mustard

    1 tsp

  • Salt

  • Crackers

    1 pack

  • Black pepper

Refined beet puree them together with the cheese, trout and cream in blender until creamy, add olive oil, vinegar and mustard, sprinkle with salt and pepper. In portion cups spread cream, a few crackers, the cream again and sprinkle with croutons. Remove for a couple of hours in the fridge. Bon appetit!
