Delicious healthy soup with vegetables and pumpkin, which no one will notice if you don't. Exactly!!!

Ingredients

  • Pumpkin

  • Apple

  • Green olives

  • Cherry tomatoes

  • Dill

  • Parsley

    1 Tbsp

  • Chili

    1 tsp

  • Bay leaf

    1 piece

  • Garlic

    1 tooth

  • Allspice

    4 piece

  • Olive oil

    1 Tbsp

  • Salt

    1 tsp

Cooking

Take what you need for the soup. Put the strained broth on the stove, bring to a boil and put the rice.

Vegetables and Apple cut arbitrarily. I cut small cubes. Cherry cut in half the Carrots and the pumpkin rubbed on a grater. So we'll hide the pumpkin.

After about 5 minutes after the rice, lay out all the vegetables at once. Cook 15 minutes until almost cooked.
