Soup with millet and vegetables
To prepare this soup you will need the most delicious, most useful vegetables of the new harvest! And the millet will make this very easy soup more hearty!

Ingredients

  • Millet

    0.5 cup

  • Broth

    3 l

  • Pumpkin

    150 g

  • Zucchini

    150 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Tomato

    2 piece

  • Leeks

    1 piece

  • Vegetable oil

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

Cooking

Millet washed, put in boiling vegetable broth and cook for 15 minutes.

Onions finely chop, fry in vegetable oil until transparent. Pumpkin, zucchini and tomatoes cut into cubes, add to the onions, fry for 4-5 minutes.

Onion cut into rings, add to the vegetables, fry for another 2-3 minutes.

Vegetables to put in the soup, season with salt and pepper, cook for 5 minutes.
