Description
In our garden grows lots of Kale (lahane). Decided to experiment and cook soup. It was very tasty and satisfying!!! The soup of something vaguely similar to oxalic, but not a drop of acid.

Cooking
Chicken rinse, cut into small pieces. Cover with cold water (2 l) and then boil 20 minutes.
In a saucepan boil water and two minutes to drop cabbage leaves. Pull the leaves on tarelku, allow to cool.
Potato peel, cut in small pieces and add to the pot. Cook for 10 minutes.
Onion cut into cubes, carrots grate on a coarse grater and fry in a small amount of sunflower oil for 5-6 minutes.
In the pot with the meat and potatoes add washed rice. Cook for 10 minutes.
Kale cut into small ribbons and add to carrots and onions. A little salt, and pour in a few tablespoons of water and stew for 5-7 minutes.
In our soup lay out, throw a Bay leaf, salt, pepper and cook for 5 minutes. Wash the cilantro, finely chop and add to the pot. Reduce the heat and boil for 10 minutes.
