Cake
Recipe taken from Gazcue La Perla-Julia. For that she thanks. Source - book "the Delicious Italy" Yulia liovochkina Nekorkina pp. 189 -190. A cake without flour. Chocolate, almonds... crisp, again chocomania.

Ingredients

  • Dark chocolate

    200 g

  • Sugar

    100 g

  • Chicken egg

    6 piece

  • Butter

    250 g

  • Almonds

    300 g

  • Salt

Cooking

Grind nuts in blender or coffee grinder until medium-fine crumbs, chocolate rubbed through a coarse grater into crumbs.Mix.

Separate the yolks from the whites,lightly whip the butter, sugar and egg yolks.

Beat the whites to a solid foam with a pinch of salt.

The butter mass is mixed with chocolate,

then gently mix with proteins.Added coffee flavoring.

Put into a form lined with baking paper.On top sprinkle a bit of almond.Bake at t 180-190 degrees. 50-60 min.

While hot cake sprinkled chocolate shavings on top a Golden caramel.The toothpick held the rays.
