Cooking
The capelin cut off the head and gut. Wash and dry the fish.
Brewed from black tea and water strong tea. Strain it. Add a little soy sauce. Mix well.
Add sugar, salt, whole pepper, broken Bay leaf, mustard seeds, liquid smoke, butter and mix well.
Specially took a picture of the composition of the liquid smoke. Any E and other chemicals!
In the bowl of the slow cooker tightly stacked the pieces back up. Pour the obtained sauce.
Choose the mode "Stewing", set time - 2 hours.
Upon completion of the program the slow cooker turned off and allow the fish completely (this is important!!!) cool. Hot fish is very fragile, easily broken, but with the cold no such problems.
Put the fish in a container with a lid, pour the obtained sauce and refrigerate until the hour X.
