I love to pamper my husband, and yourself to a delicious flavored pancakes for Breakfast on Sunday morning. But recently the husband began to abandon the sweet dumpling. I had to experiment with additives, and that not for the first time on Sunday morning, the husband wakes up to the smell of delicious hearty pancakes with mushrooms, sausages and corn.

Cooking
Eggs with salt and sugar, whisk. Add yogurt and sour cream, mix well. Add to the dough 1 tbsp oil, mix well. Gently mix in the flour and finally the baking soda. Set aside the dough for 15-20 minutes for the reaction of baking soda and swelling of gluten.
Onions chop and fry in vegetable oil (2-3 tbsp), add chopped mushrooms, sprinkle with mushroom seasoning and fry until Golden brown.
Add to the dough, the mushrooms, sausages and corn.
Mix well. Bake pancakes on a well heated and oiled pan.
Ready pancakes serve with sour cream.
