Cooking
The products required.
250g butter chopped with a knife, RUB with 0.5 tbsp. sugar, flour and cocoa into crumbs.
For the filling separate the whites from the yolks. Mix the yolks, cottage cheese, semolina, vanilla, 100g butter softened. Beat.
Beat the whites with the salt and sugar in a solid foam.
To connect the two masses. Add poppy seeds and cherries.
Form to lay a parchment, grease with butter. Put half of the crumbs. On top pour the filling. The remainder of the crumb mix with coconut. Distribute on top. Bake in the oven, preheated to 180 degrees for 30-40 minutes.
Allow to cool in the form, cut into serving pieces. Bon appetit!!!
