Pumpkin-potato cream soup
Cream soup – a traditional European dish, which has long gained popularity. This is a good option for lunch or a light dinner. But other than that, the cream soup is a delicious and very tasty dish worthy of the highest kitchen!

Ingredients

  • Potatoes

    200 g

  • Pumpkin

    200 g

  • Mayonnaise

    2 Tbsp

  • Cream

    100 ml

  • Salt

  • Greens

  • Pine nuts

Cooking

The pumpkin clean, cut and cook. To do the same with potatoes.

Drain the water from pumpkin and potatoes.

Knead in mashed potatoes

and then beat with a mixer (or blender).

Add the pumpkin and

Beat again.

Add mayonnaise and

cream.

Whisk in the cream. Add salt if required.

Decorate with pine nuts and herbs.
