Kuru Fasulye meat
Kuru fasulye is a cold soup of white dry bean. It is the most important soup among the dishes of Turkish cuisine

Ingredients

  • Beans

    200 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Tomato

    1 piece

  • Pepper

    1 piece

  • Beef

    200 g

  • Tomato paste

    1 tsp

  • Butter

    1 Tbsp

Cooking

Beans wash, cover with water and leave overnight

The meat boiled

Cut onion and fry in butter

To the onions add the finely chopped tomato and pepper

Then add the meat, salt, pepper

To the meat add the beans and mix well

And at the end we add our broth and over medium heat allow to boil
