Meat with potatoes Tartar
Homemade Tatar food.

Ingredients

  • Beef

    1 kg

  • Melted butter

    50 g

  • Onion

    2 piece

  • Potatoes

    1 kg

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Pepper

    1 piece

  • Tomato

    3 piece

  • Bay leaf

    2 piece

  • Salt

  • Allspice

Take fresh beef-1 kg.

Potatoes 1-1.2 kg

Ghee-50-70 g carrot-1 piece sweet pepper-1 piece tomatoes-2-3 PCs onion-1 PC. Bay leaf, salt, pepper

Peel the vegetables and cut into small pieces (separately).

In a pot fry the meat in oil for 10 minutes. Then add about 1-1. 5 cups of water and simmer all until soft. While the meat a little salt.

Add the tomatoes and continue to simmer 5 minutes, adding a little water.

Add carrots. If the carrots aren't sweet, add 1 tsp of sugar with a slide.

Pour the boiling water. The amount of water depends on the desired density. Be sure to try the salt, if not enough, add salt.

All cook until the potatoes are done. After cooking allow to stand for 10-15 minutes.
