Meat muffins
Offer a recipe of the delicious meat cupcakes.

Ingredients

  • Meat

    500 g

  • Potatoes

    1 piece

  • Garlic

    3 tooth

  • Bread

  • Cheese

    100 g

  • Greens

  • Mayonnaise

  • Salt

  • Spices

  • Green olives

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Black pepper

So, the first thing to do stuffing. Puree them in a blender (or through a meat grinder) meat, peeled potatoes, onion, soaked bread (exactly how much you need bread I can't say I always put on the "eye"), garlic.

Then add in the mince and the chopped herbs, salt, pepper and spices according to your taste.

Take the ramekins, grease them with oil, protrusive breadcrumbs and half fill with minced meat, put a little grated cheese and olives (my olives were not available, so I put sun-dried tomatoes).

On top again a layer of minced meat and grease with mayonnaise.

Put the ramekins on a baking sheet with water and send in a hot oven (t approximately 180°). Bake until tender (about 40 minutes, but it depends on the oven).

The finished cupcakes out of the molds, place them on a dish and decorate with greens. BON APPETIT!!!!!!
