Eggplant with carrots
I love these eggplants. Maybe you are know the ingredients on the website did not find, so decided to post.

Ingredients

  • Eggplant

    5 piece

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Mayonnaise

    7 Tbsp

  • Vegetable oil

  • Salt

Take the eggplant, wash them, peel off the skin and cut reeds. Put in a bowl, salt well and leave for 5-7 minutes-nil.
