Roasted chicken thighs with nuts
Very tender, juicy, crispy and lemony chicken... the Recipe from the magazine "Delicious and easy".

Ingredients

  • Yolk egg

    1 piece

  • Lemon

    1 piece

  • Thyme

    2 tsp

  • Sage

    0.5 tsp

  • Almonds

    2 Tbsp

  • Crumb bread

    100 g

  • Chicken thigh

    4 piece

Cooking

If the thighs with the bone, to release them from the bone, season with salt and pepper.

A loaf or bread grind into crumbs.

Chop almonds. It can be a little smaller than I pictured. Smaller than I liked.

Zest of 1 lemon to grate.

Mix crumbs+almonds+zest +sage+thyme

Mash the yolk with the lemon juice. To introduce this mixture into the crumbs and stir.

Loosely stuff the thighs to shape them. To lay in a small baking dish. Bake in the oven at 190*C for 40 min. (until tender).

Cut into thick slices and place on bed of vegetables. I have green beans and French fries. Bon appetit!!!
