Norwegian fish cakes
Norwegian fishcakes, or "Fiskekaker" as they are called in Norway have a long tradition and are one of the most popular fish dishes.

Ingredients

  • Fish

    600 g

  • Potato starch

    1 Tbsp

  • Cream

    100 ml

  • Green onions

    3 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Flour

    1 Tbsp

  • Butter

    2 tsp

Cooking

Fish fillet skip through Mincer or grind in a blender to a state of porridge.

Minced fish season with salt.

Add chopped green onion, mix well.

A spoonful of flour and starch, mix well.

One Cup of cream.

Two teaspoons of melted butter, mix well.

From stuffing to form balls the size of slightly larger than a walnut, to shape the meatballs and fry on both sides until Golden brown.
